Ken Jackson, Esq. – Owner/partner of Kentuckiana Farms and Lexington Selected Sales Company, former Chairman of the Executive Committee of the American Championship Harness Series, founding Member of the North American Standardbred Breeders Association and a Member of the Kentucky Horse Racing Authority.

Charles Geffen, Esq. – Agent/counselor to athletes and global sports ventures; managing partner of a branding/sponsorship company that develops and manages rights programs.

Elizabeth Shatner – Elizabeth is a top equine competitor winning multiple World Championships under saddle and on the bike. She is active in the horse judging circuit holding nine judging cards, a result of a career as a professional light breed trainer for 25 years and a Saddleseat instructor for 30 years.  Elizabeth and her husband, William Shatner, are members of the Governor’s Advisory Board in Kentucky and are actively involved in the World Equestrian Games in Lexington, Kentucky.  She is also the founder of The All Glory Project, a non-profit, to promote, foster and support programs that utilize animal-assisted therapies in aiding Military Veterans and their families.

Jan Dickler – Managing partner, Banyan Productions, a producer/developer of reality and social TV properties with more than 6,000 hours of original programming including the smash hit Trading Spaces.  Winner, 2012 Appy for social networking for “On the Road.”

Ed O’Hara – Founding Partner and Chief Creative Officer of SME Branding whose clients include Yankee Stadium, FIFA, the Southeast Conference (NCAA) and Adidas; renowned media resource for branding with appearances/quotes on CNN, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Brandweek, ESPN The Magazine, Sports Business Journal.

Industry Support and Endorsement

The United States Trotting Association (USTA) endorsed and provided marketing support for the development of Starness.  The USTA supports Starness as a platform to promote and provide exposure for harness racing that attracts younger fans, expands the audience and delivers new advertisers/sponsors.  The USTA believes Starness presents a dynamic opportunity for an international broadcast and social platform.
